Packaging

The products which are available in our shop are packed with the utmost care. We do everything we can to make sure delivery takes place in optimal circumstances.

Delivery times

All orders are sent from Belgium. We use the courier company DPD to deliver your order. Products which are indicated as "in stock" on the website are available off the shelf. Once we receive your order and payment, your products are prepared for shipment within 24 hours (on work-days). As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number for the package by e-mail, so that you can locate its progress at any time.

Delivery costs

The costs for the delivery of your order depends on which country it has to go to. There is a list of countries which we deliver to below with the corresponding prices.


Countries not listed above are not inside our standard dispatch area. Contact our customer service department if you wish to place an order outside the dispatch area, so that we can propose a tailored solution.

Customs and export

Deliveries outside the European Union may require the payment of customs fees or duties. This depends on the destination country. The costs can vary from country to country. We have no control over any possible costs that may be required by customs. These costs are to be paid by you. It is also possible that customs opens your package to check its contents. Although we wish to protect your privacy as much as possible, inspection by customs falls outside our responsibility. In exceptional circumstances the delivery of your order could be delayed by customs checks. For more information contact the customs office of the destination country.
